The way to really understand if your ads are working and driving return on investment is to measure their effectiveness with real customers. Lenslytics empowers you to seamlessly track the effectiveness of each one of your out-of-home ads using the power of video and artificial intelligence.

What results will I actually get from this?

You will be able to measure when, where and how often your out-of-home advertisements are viewed using a small video camera placed near your ads. With that data, you will be able to A/B test different ads, measure ad effectiveness, exactly pinpoint ad fatigue and monitor your ads on a daily basis to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Who are you guys?

We are a group of machine learning engineers and business executives from the University of Toronto and Ivey Business School who have worked at Facebook, Microsoft, Hubba, Snapchat, and Shopify. We are dedicated to helping brands and advertisers successfully generate ROI from their ads in the real world.

Is this solution privacy compliant?

Privacy is top of mind for us. We are aware of the different privacy laws, including the U.S., the European Union & Canada. The product is built to be compliant with the legislation is those markets, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To achieve this, we limit the amount of personally identifiable information that is collected.

How many ads can I track?

Our platform is scalable and can grow with your company as needed. Whether you want to track 1 ad or 10,000 ads, we can work with you.

Will this really work for me?

Yes, this is a marketing analytics tool. It may seem like a foreign concept now, but it works. Trust the process and you will see the results.

For what type of ads can this be used?

The Lenslytics platform is built to measure the effectiveness of real-world out-of-home ads in different formats. This includes indoor ads, outdoor ads, digital billboards, posters, murals, street furniture, transit ads, shopping mall displays, airport ads, train station ads, tradeshow displays, etc. If you have a special request let us know what you need and we may be able to accommodate it.

What if I don't have the budget for a solution like this?

This is a sales and marketing tool. Once you use it, you will reap the benefits. Understanding how your ads are performing can significantly increase the return on your ad spend and give you much better visibility into the effectiveness of your campaigns. You should invest in a tool like this before anything else, especially if you are spending a lot of money on out-of-home advertising.

What if my team isn't technical?

We are still able to work with your company since the product is built so that anyone can use it. What we do in the background may be complicated, but what you and your team will need to do to make this solution work is much easier. Will this integrate with other software?

The software is currently a stand-alone product and we are working on integrating it with other popular software, ERP or marketing platforms. Let us know what you are looking for and we will see what we can do.

What does it integrate with?

Lenslytics integrates with any video camera that can be connected to the internet. In terms of software programs, we are working on building out integrations.

Is it difficult to set up?

No, it should be straightforward for your team. All you need to do is correctly install the camera. After that, we do all the hard work and give you access to a slick executive dashboard to monitor your campaigns and make strategic marketing decisions.

How much does it cost?

The price is paid on a monthly basis depending on the type and location of an ad. This can range from $49/month to more than $4,999/month. Early customers will receive a discount.

What happens if I wait?

We are currently a small dedicated team and only have the capacity to work with a small group of interested early customers. If our slots for early customers are all filled, you may need to wait until we are accepting new customers again.

Are there any long-term contracts?

At the moment our operation is simple and we plan to keep it that way. There are no long-term contracts for early customers. You can, however, pay in advance to get a discount.

What's included in the support?

We will be with you every step of the way. You will have access to our team by phone and email and we can set up video or in-person meetings as needed. As an early customer, your success is our top priority.
